I had my cat declawed by Dr. Kyle Kaiser in March of 2012. Not only did he tell me that he didn't use traditional stitches, but he told me that the surgery went perfectly well. I had to take my cat into a different veterinarian today because he pulled out a wire from his toe (a stitch!) and it was bleeding horribly, and Dr. Kaiser's office would not answer the phone OR return my messages. My cat was in so much pain and after taking him to a different veterinarian, I found out that he left a part of his bone in and it is now re-growing the claw and all of his toes have traditional stitches. Not only has this man left me with a whole new bill for a procedure that he should have done properly the first time, but he has put my poor kitty in so much unnecessary pain. I would NEVER take another animal to this clinic.
Dr. Kyle is great. He really cares and called me back a couple of times. He really explained what I needed to do and what to look for, when my cow and new calf were sick.
I have never met Dr. Kaiser, but he returned a call to me tonight after 10 pm that I had made to the clinic. 2 sweet dogs showed up at my house with a rabies tag from his clinic and I called the number and left a message. These babies may have gotten out and lost during tropical storm Bill. They are filthy and smell but are obviously well cared for normally and in good health. Dr. Kaiser has gone to the clinic to look up the tags and help contact the owners....that's what a true animal lover is and does! So great big kudos Dr. Kaiser! If I had a pet of my own you would be my vet!
I've taken multiple dogs here, two Horses, and even some cattle. Dr. Kaiser has been great every time. He made a house-call when my horse injured himself. My family has been using his clinic for years. I've never had a negative experience here, and the only reason I stopped going is because I moved away.
