We have used Hochheim for almost 17 years now for our house & auto insurance. Our premiums went up over $2,000.00 this year for our car insurance!!! Long story short, for some reason, they couldn't locate our credit report. This has NEVER happened & we have good credit!! After 3 months of trying to get this fixed by calling & getting them an updated credit report (our credit report is good!) they state our premiums will not change! Our insurance agent said our premiums are ridiculous so we are changing! BEWARE of Hoehheim!!!
